Each Flexibore^®, Flexidrag^®,Aqualine^™ , Petroline^® and Waterload^® hose is hydrostatically tested prior to despatch. Our standard test pressure is 2000 kPa; higher pressures can be tested if required. Fire hose also be pressure tested. We have an accredited hydrostatic testing facility and can test up to 7400 kPa pressure.

All hose is covered by a full warranty for materials and workmanship. For full terms see product listing. Please note, indirect costs are not covered under warranty.

Fire hose — 12 months

We have a large warehouse and carry a comprehensive range of stock of all hose that we manufacture. If we’re running low, we’ll let you know and will advise an accurate lead time.

At Crusader Hose, we fit a wide range of couplings to our hose including Bauer, Storz, camlocks and flanges. We also fit the full range of fire hose couplings plus many industrial types, too.

We supply a range of layflat hose to the mining, oil and gas industries as well as the logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, fire brigades and utilities sectors. We are a supplier to the Army, Rio Tinto, Coca-Cola^® and Yarra Valley Water. We also supply to numerous fire brigades including the Country Fire Authority(CFA), NSW Fire Brigade and the SA FIre Service.

Crusader Hose services all Melbourne metropolitan areas as well as major cities and rural centres of Australia. We also have several export markets, which include New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific Islands.

Crusader Hose manufactures its own hose under the following brands: Excalibur^®, Rapier^®, Sabre^®, Cavalier^®, Centurion^® and Percoflex^® in the fire hose range; Flexibore^® series for groundwater pumping; Flexidrag^® for travelling irrigators; Aqualine^® for food grade & potable bypass applications; Petroline^® the refuelling hose; Waterload^® for agricultural & mine dewatering. Its imported hose brands are Sunnyflo^® and Fortex^®.
